I’ve been playing with modular synthesizers, this is actually the second iteration that happened to be a happy accident. The first was a Rust voltage based simulation that was more complex to play than I was frankly able to. This particular unit is a bit more beginner friendly and looks great to boot. Very pleased with the implementation, included a couple pre-sets. My favorite component is of course the Melody Machine — I’m personally terrible at coming up with a beat, so the machine does a decent job at creating passable ambient, dub techno, and other pieces.
Press PLAY (or the space bar) to start. Drag a node’s header to move it, drag port → port to patch a cable, and click a cable to cut it. Drag knobs up or down; the wheel zooms, Del removes a selected node, and R rolls a new melody. The PATCH menu loads presets. Hover for a fullscreen toggle (Esc to exit).
